Time to exercise....

This morning, daddy decided that it would do us good, if we all went out for a family outing to exercise. We went down for a fun walk at the park nearby.

The boys enjoyed the swing play. On a normal day, its very difficult to, get a seat on the swing. 

Fortunately, it pays off to be the early bird. It was a fine, fine day to just go for a stroll. Daddy, stayed with the boys at the swing, while me, I went for my walk around the track. Feeling very contented with my exercise, we decided that we would walked down to the fitness center near our place, before heading for breakfast. Here are more shots of the boys at the fitness center.

Ivan had a lot of fun at the fitness center. He was so happy simply running from one course to another. Immanuel didn't seem very eccentric about it though, but he did play along. We proceeded for a healthy light breakfast, and started off the day right.
